The meeting was called to order by Mayor Moser with Teri Eiermann, Bob Matson, Jeff Kaiser, Chuck Klamer, Rick Patrick, Clerk Nancy Baldwin, Solicitor Michele Stuck, Anthony Milicia, Timothy Christopher and other interested guests. (Karen Clyde absent.)
Moved by Patrick, seconded by Kaiser to suspend the rule that ordinances be fully and completely read on three different days and that Ordinance 2009-23 be placed on first reading and passed.

Moved by Matson, seconded by Eiermann to approve Ordinance 2009-23, An ordinance amending Section 139.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Garrettsville in order to include the rank of lieutenant in the Village of Garrettsville Police Department.

Moved by Eiermann, seconded by Klamer to suspend the rule that ordinances be fully and completely read on three different days and that Ordinance 2009-24 be placed on first reading and passed.

Moved by Eiermann, seconded by Matson to approve Ordinance 2009-24, An ordinance fixing compensation of the Employees of the Village of Garrettsville, the Employees of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs and Employees of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.
