The Public Hearing was called to order by President Rick Patrick with Mayor Moser, Teri Eiermann, Bob Matson, Jeff Kaiser, Chuck Klamer, Karen Clyde, Solicitor Michele Stuck, George Helmling, Jackie Rinearson, Jan Boehm, and Linda Hartman.

Ordinance 2009-34, An ordinance for the proposed 2010 Tax Budget.

There were no comments.

Moved by Patrick, seconded by Matson to close the Public Hearing and begin Regular Council.
