The Public Hearing was called to order by President Rick Patrick with Mayor Craig Moser, Teri Eiermann, Bob Matson, Jeff Kaiser, Chuck Klamer, Karen Clyde, Solicitor Michele Stuck, Clerk Nancy Baldwin and Dave Harrington.

Ordinance 2009-16, An ordinance adding Section 1171.03(f) to the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Garrettsville in order to adopt a minimum square footage requirement for single-family detached dwelling units in the R-2 district.

There were no comments.

Moved by Klamer, seconded by Eiermann to close the Public Hearing and begin Regular Council.
