The Public Hearing was called to order by President Bob Matson with Teri Eiermann, Chuck Klamer, Jeff Kaiser, Rick Patrick, Karen Clyde, Mayor Craig Moser, Solicitor Mark Manlove, Clerk Nancy Baldwin, Bill Steiner from the Portage County Solid Waste Management and his wife, Jackie Rinearson from the Villager and a reporter from the Record Courier.

Ordinance 2008-09, An ordinance creating Chapter 951 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Garrettsville to provide for fees and penalties for the response of the Village Police Department to false alarms.

Ordinance 2008-20, Village of Garrettsville Tax Budget for 2009.
