Ordinance 2008-09, An ordinance creating Chapter 951 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Garrettsville to provide for fees and penalties for the response of the Village Police Department to false alarms. Read on second reading.

Resolution 2008-13, Public Records Policy of the Village Garrettsville, Portage County, Ohio.

Resolution 2008-14, A resolution by the Council of the Village of Garrettsville expressing its objection to the proposed “Head Tax” for the Portage County Health District but would lend its support to the passage of a levy for the Portage County Health District.

Resolution 2008-15, A resolution by the Council of the Village of Garrettsville in support of the Portage County APL and declining the request for financial support.

Resolution 2008-16, A resolution recognizing Goodnight’s Kitchen and Bath Inc. for over 30 years of doing business in the community while providing superior craftsmanship and contributions to the community.

Mayor Craig Moser would like to amend the grass ordinance to 6 inches before letters are sent to residents for not cutting their grass.

Mayor Moser asked the Clerk to send flowers to Bob Patterson from Council due to his illness. The flowers were $61.91. Please submit your contribution to the clerk.
